Professional Fees


1. Attorney Requested Client Exam

• $550.00 - each for in-lab testing, with professional report of findings. Additional stand-by and court appearance fees will apply.
• $900.00 - On-site exams and continguous counties.
• $900.00 - Texas statewide exams begin plus travel expenses. Contact Us for a quote.
• Quality review, re-test or after-test consultation available for an additional fee.

• $300.00 for an individual
• $450.00 for a couple

Appointments available during normal business hours, and after hours upon request (additional fees may apply)

• $250.00 - For one in lab examination

• $300.00 - Initial disclosure exam includes 3 appointments. On-going monitoring or maintenance exams. All examiners are JPCOT certified.

• Negotiable fees apply

• $125.00 each police or fire pre-employment
• $175.00 internal affairs exam
