For a Polygraph Examination
Now that you have reviewed the Polygraph Services page you may schedule your own appointment time. Please choose from the set times below. You will receive a Google Map reference and a confirmation email of your selected appointment time. For immediate confirmation call (214) 438-3880. There is no refund for missed appointment times, however you may re-set without penalty if you call during office hours (9:00AM to 4:00 PM) four hours before you scheduled examination.

Employee Theft Testing	$200.00 for one.
Attorney Requested or Criminal Case Examinations	$550.00 each for in-lab testing with professional report of findings. Stand-by and court appearance fees will apply. On-site exams $800.00 DFW area. Statewide begins at $1200.00.
Quality Review or Re-test	$500.00 each Includes report.
Domestic Infidelity (Relationship Issues)	$200.00 each. Includes report.
Counselor Requested, Community Supervision & Sexual Offender Program	Maintenance& Monitoring exams $200.00
Law Enforcement or Government Agency	Government agency security scope examinations - Call for Quote. Law enforcement pre-employment - contract will dictate.
