Dallas Polygraph Services...

Our Firm
is committed to helping a diverse client base with professional assessments and the resolution of important issues. For the business community this means assistance in on-going investigations involving an economic loss. For attorneys, an exculpatory polygraph examination of their client may mean the difference in a prosecutorial decision. Counselors rely on polygraph to help break through denial issues while community treatment officers count on the polygraph for assistance in monitoring their charges.

Professional Polygraph Examiners are not relationship counselors, however, we are finding a growing demand from couples seeking assurances and resolution in domestic infidelity issues. Our Examiners will work with private clients to determine the facts of a specific allegation or suspicion. Participants undergo a non-accusatory and confidential interview process before reviewing an agreed set of questions about the issues. Inexpensive pre-test or consultations are available for private clients. All consultation fees will be applied toward relevant examinations.

Business Community Employee Theft
A professional polygraph examination is a very valuable "investigative tool" and is used in on-going investigations involving an economic loss. Our experienced examiners can help "clear" loyal staff members while resolving open issues during a non-accusatory interview and examination process. An employee theft polygraph examination may be requested by an employer in the course of an on-going internal investigation that relates to a specific incident of economic loss to the company. The employer is responsible for some preliminary administrative requirements before and after a polygraph examination is requested of an employee. Our forensic laboratory staff will assist your HR Department with the administrative process and sample forms are provided. Download sample forms required to notice employees of your request that they participate in a polygraph examination.

All Polygraph examinations are voluntary and as the employer you should not base any adverse personnel action on polygraph issues alone. This would include any employee that refuses to participate or even any derogatory results of a properly administered test. This is not a problem, however, as you will be able to aggregate all these steps and whatever additional information is developed during the scope of the investigation from which to base any personnel actions.

The employer must document information used to support the employee's notice of a request to participate in polygraph testing. Essentially three factors must be addressed in writing, which include:

  1. The definable economic loss

  2. A statement about employee (s) access

  3. The reasonable suspicion directed at the employee (s) in question.
Notice must be delivered on your company letterhead allowing 48 hours not counting weekends and holidays. We will provide a sample notice for your use and consideration. For More Detailed Info Click here.

    Domestic Infidelity (Relationship Issues)
All polygraph testing is strictly confidential and the results of a domestic issues examination can only be shared with the examinee and the requestor. Clinical polygraph examiners are not marriage or relationship counselors, however, we can assist in determining the facts of a situation. The strength of a polygraph is its ability to determine the truthfulness of a specific statement. Our examiners will conduct a low profile non-accusatory interview process before reviewing an agreed set of questions with the examinee. These examination appointments can be made after work hours during the week and some Saturday appointments.

    Sex Offender Monitoring Program
The clinical polygraph assessment of sex offenders and participants in similar monitoring programs is a proven valuable tool for the criminal justice system while greatly advancing the treatment success of counseling programs. This program helps the courts to evaluate whether an offender is appropriate for probation or if they will remain a danger to the community. If treatment is a viable option after these assessments, then polygraph plays another important role through a regular schedule of monitoring examinations. These tests help determine recent re-offending problems, probation violations and valuable new information required for successful counseling programs.

Mr. Park is certified as a Clinical Polygraph Examiner by JPCOT (The Joint Polygraph Committee on Offender Testing). All examiners employed by Michael D. Park & Associates participate in on-going training and continuing education seminars in the special issues associated with testing sexual offenders for disclosure and monitoring examinations.

    Pre-Sentence Polygraph Assessment Program (PSPA)
The Pre Sentence Polygraph Assessment or PSPA is designed to provide trial judges, federal probation officers or other state and local community treatment officers with a more complete assessment of voluntary or court ordered participants. The PSPA while unique in scope and application relies heavily on the disclosure success of similar programs that monitor sexual offenders in a triad of probation officers, treatment counselors and polygraph examiners.
